This week I read an article that pertains to the issue on
abortions on Newsweek called “How to End the Abortion Wars” published August
20, 2012, if your interested in this topic you can find the article on the

This article is pretty similar to my last one because it’s
basically U.S. Representative’s views on this issue and how they think they can
solve this matter on abortions in this country. In this passage the writer
wants us to understand that Civilians in the abortion wars try to draw
distinctions between cases where abortion becomes more wrong and where it
becomes less wrong. The information that I retrieved from this article helps
support some of my questions on this subject but didn’t give me enough information
on woman’s opinions. I wish that some of these articles would at least give
some feed from women’s views rather than just focusing on the politician’s
standpoint. I thought the article gave me some good helpful info but after
reading this I certainly didn’t find the answer to how to end the abortions
wars. If anti abortion people were looking for genuine solutions to reduce
abortions rather than just controlling women, they would be championing efforts
to make sure contraception was affordable and available. They would be
demanding that high schools teach wide-ranging sex education rather than
supporting the withholding of facts and health information from Americans by
supporting abstinence only education. My question on why do women have abortions
is partly answered but I know I will find more articles that will help resolve
my question.
I think its wrong how people have abortions because they are killing a human being that is growing and it’s like killing a newborn. The politicians are the ones that can stop it but sometimes they do nothing since they know people will start arguing and making a big deal out of it. When reading what you said about having woman’s opinions is really not going to do much because some of them are going to say if they want an abortion let them. But I think having a woman who had an abortion tell us a good reason why she had an abortion. When reading what you had to say about the article was interesting because not all guys’ care what women do or they just go along with it so they won’t become fathers. I wondering if some guys don’t want them to do it but they still do cause it’s there body and not there’s. A question I have is do you think some girls don’t tell their men that they are pregnant so they have an abortion? I think when women hear other women saying they had an abortion and it was affordable so they can start new, I think that’s why some ladies do it. The ladies who have an abortion only do it cause they made a mistake and don’t want it last minute.
